To celebrate the launch of this new service, I am offering a free Dog Wedding Chaperone Service in exchange for a testimonial. This limited time offer is available to couples getting married in the South West within the next 3 months (Until 10th February 2026). I am offering this to two lucky couples. Spread the word!

  • Free consultation: To meet your dog(s) and discuss how you would like the day to go. You’ll fill in a short “Wedding Dog Chaperone Form” so everything is tailored to your pup.

  • Up to 6 hours of daytime care – perfect for morning preparations, the ceremony, and photos.

  • Coordination with your photographer so your dog is included in your wedding photos and special moments.

  • Capturing footage from your dog’s perspective - unique footage so you can re-live the day through your dog’s eyes!

  • Doggy Day Bag with essentials for the day.

  • Optional pre-wedding bonding walks or sits (at standard pet-care rates) so your dog feels relaxed and familiar with me before the big day.

    *Please note: A mileage charge of 45p per mile applies for travel to the consultation, any pre-wedding bonding sits and the wedding venue for any distance beyond 15 miles from Bovey Tracey.

Deposit & Booking Policy 🐾


After our consultation, a 50% deposit is required to secure your booking. This deposit reserves your date exclusively for you.

If you cancel within three months of your wedding, the deposit is non-refundable.

If you cancel more than three months in advance, I will refund your deposit minus a £45 administrative fee and any mileage costs already incurred, to cover the time and preparation already invested.

In the unlikely event that I need to cancel due to exceptional circumstances (such as illness or emergency), your deposit will be fully refunded.

The remaining balance is due within 10 days after your wedding date.

  1. Free consultation – I’ll meet your dog(s) and go over how you’d like the day to run for your pup.

  2. Booking – Once you’re happy, a 50% deposit secures your date.

  3. Payment – Remaining 50% due within 10 days after your wedding.

  4. The big day – I’ll provide calm, attentive care throughout the event, helping your dog feel safe, settled, and part of the memories.

My aim is to make your day as smooth and joyful as possible — so you can celebrate knowing your pet is in caring, capable hands.

  • Yes, please get in touch for a quote if you would like this additional service. Rehearsal sessions start from £45

  • I bring a Doggy Day Bag with essentials (water, treats, etc.). Owners should provide any food, medications, or special items like blankets or toys.

  • Absolutely! The free consultation is a great chance for us to meet, go over your dog’s needs, and see if we are all the right fit for each other before the big day.
